How to Place a Service Request
Follow these guidelines to request service and get our fastest response!
1. Create a ticket in your Client Portal (Preferred)
- If you do not have access to the Client Portal please contact the BIZFORCE Primary resource at your office.
- If you are new to our company go to #3 below.
2. Create a ticket by sending an email to helpdesk@ our domain
Please include in the Subject Line: the name of the computer and brief description of the issue. (ex. John’s Desktop – Email Problem). The complete description of the issue should be in the body.
3. Call our Service Desk at 256-534-8212 (Option 3)
